If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it promptly.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless there is a confirmed defect.

If a product qualifies for a replacement or refund, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
